Can someone give me tips to drawing an oringinal anime (for inking) with photoshop?

i have a really shaky hand…. ive tried drawing on paper and scanning but that was a failure… Please help.. my dad thinks im an amazing artist and can draw really well on the computer… :[ (which im not... :])

I don’t have a shaky hand at all, but when I ink my pencil lines with a pen, and then scan my picture in, my lines seem to come out wobbly and not quiet as clean as they look on paper. It’s frustrating!

So, I just ink my works on Photoshop using a tablet. I’m not really sure how to give you tips on how to make your hand steadier, other than practicing continuously and training your hand to get used to working in particular strokes and movements to the point where it doesn’t shake anymore.

Good luck!

Essential types of code for web development?

I’ve done 2 units on web development at college but they were quite vague and were based in dream weaver not learning the code, I want to learn about web development in more depth because i enjoy it and am considering it after college and i’m going to try using books and stuff on the internet. What are the essential code languages that i need to learn to get anywhere with web development. Obviously HTML and CSS but are there any others that are hugely used and essential to creating good websites.

All web-sites display in HTML, mostly using css for styling and layout. However, many are written in Middleware languages that run on the server to output dynamic html, say, using database data. Examples are Lasso, PHP, ASP, Cold-Fusion. You will need to learn at least one of these to be able to produce eCommerce sites. Lasso is easiest and the most modern, but rarely used. After that, PHP, but watch out for security issues (even more so for asp/.net!).

Then, on the browser page, many sites use JavsScript frameworks to manipulate the local page, so you might want to read up on those, e.g. jQuery.

How do I add/get a php code to send free sms’s from my website?

I need to send bulk sms’s around my area, from my website to registered users.
I need the php code and help to put it on the web.
Thanks !

Sending SMS messages is NEVER free. You will need an agreement with an SMS service provider or reseller, and they will tell you how to incorporate it in your site. This will include some level of security and authentication, so that your SMS cannot be stolen landing you with a massive bill. Resellers often sell SMS in blocks which can be cheaper.

Also, if you are in the EU it is illegal to send SMS mailings without opt in consent from the recipients.

How can I make an HTML scroll box that contains an HTML code so visitors may copy that code?

I am beating my head against a wall to try and figure this out and I’m probably completely overlooking it! I want to find an HTML scroll box that I can paste an HTML code in so users may copy it. When I input certain scroll box codes, the HTML code disappears or does some funky things to my site. Can someone help me?

You just need to put yout HTML code inside a textarea like this:

<textarea name="html_code" cols=40 rows=6>
Your HTML code here
</textarea>
