How do i make and add things in photoshop?

I need photoshop tips please
This is a pretty general question but if you wanted to add an object or another picture into another image in photoshop you could copy the whole thing and paste into your original image and then cut around it to make it blend in. You could also use the clone tool. There are many things you need to learn before you can do that though as Photoshop is a very large and complex program that can take many years to master. I suggest going to the following link and read up on some of the tutorials to find what you are looking for.
