How do you get a html code from a downloaded blog background?

i’m totally new to getting html codes from downloaded backgrounds.i downloaded a blog background from a website, how do i get the html code from it after i download it? it downloaded as a zip file. pleasseeee help, i really want to get this background on my blog, thank you.
